Toby

Toby is the Champion of the Hafod Region and a strong and determined leader who stands at the forefront of technological advancement in Hafod. As CEO of Hafod Innovation, she’s also directly involved in the modernisation of Cerddinas City. Toby's belief in innovation contrasts sharply with factions like Team Wild, who strongly oppose her efforts. 

Toby’s role in the game's story often sees her as a proactive figure who steps in to handle crises, like when she assists the protagonist and Professor Daphne in averting a major disaster caused by Team Wild's interference with Hafod's electrical systems. Despite her many responsibilities, Toby shows a compassionate side, offering encouragement to others, such as Daphne whom he becomes very close with. 

However, Toby's leadership is not without its challenges. The conflict between her ideals and Team Wild’s anti-progress stance places her at the center of a larger ideological battle within the region. Throughout the game's story, she wrestles with maintaining the balance between pushing Hafod forward while also dealing with the question whether progress truly benefits everyone. Her resilience and ambition position her as both a beacon of hope and a target for those who fear the changes she represents.
