Y Bywyn Summit

Description

Y Bywyn Summit features craggy rocks and offers an exceptional panoramic view of the surrounding landscape. The rugged terrain provides a dramatic backdrop to an old fort at the very peak. Solticor can be encountered here.

Encounter with Solticor

Reaching the strong sunlight at the summit, the player finds Dylan standing, awestruck by the view. He remarks how lucky they are to live in such a beautiful place, that he feels so proud to be a Hafodian. They make their way to an old fort and approach a statue of a Pokémon that vaguely resembles a Muddlug. Dylan notices the statue, and goes to touch it. As with the statue on Yr Awen and Y Craffter, it crumbles, transforming into the legendary Pokémon Solticor. Dylan whoops and cheers. 

The player battles Solticor and, again, upon defeating it, they experience a vision. Solticor speaks to them in this vision, agreeing to aid them in their quest to save Hafod. The vision fades and the duo stand in silence for a moment. Dylan grabs the player’s hand and says how lucky he is to have them as a friend, that they are an incredible person. He sighs about what an adventure they are having together. 

The player's phone rings and Daphne's voice comes through. Dylan excitedly shouts that they reached the summit and Daphne is relieved to hear he’s okay. She tells them to come back to Cerddinas City to Hafod Innovation HQ to meet with Toby and go over the next part of the plan.
