A frosty seaside town with a pier, promenade and amusements, serving as a hub for wealthy trainers and their rare Pokémon. It houses the eighth and final gym. It is located to the East of Route 14 and West of the Headlost Well.
Craiganwr City is a snowy coastal city in north Hafod known for its illuminated pier which extends into the sea, offering a festive and lively atmosphere. On the pier, trainers will find the eighth gym as well as the game corner where prizes can be won. There is a palpable frosty excitement in the air. There is also a Pokémon centre and a Pokémart.

After the battle, Martine gives the player the Spectacle badge and the Scroll of Resolution, the scroll that unlocks Eirate’s ancestral form.
She drops her showman persona and earnestly thanks the player for a show stopping battle. She gasps, the player has defeated all eight gym leaders! They can now head towards the Elite Four which can be accessed across the Coda Island bridge. Martine lets the player know she’s heard they managed to shovel all that snow out of the way now. She waves goodbye and vanishes behind a curtain.

Outside the gym, Dylan is waiting. He hugs the player and congratulates them on getting all eight badges. He eagerly asks if they can battle, before they head towards their final challenge. They battle. Once defeated, Dylan says how lucky he is to have the player as his friend and rival, he wouldn’t be half as strong if it wasn’t for them. He rushes off again, calling back that he’ll meet them for one final battle at the Pokémon league.
Japanese: ヒチリキシティ Hichiriki City, hichiriki referring to a traditional Japanese flute that is known for its rich, fluid, gliding style.
