Route 13 descends along a steep and rocky path, linking Y Craffter Regional Park to Pennillan Town. There are many trainers embarking on this challenging route.

As players descend along Route 13, the landscape undergoes a transformation, with the rugged wilderness giving way to more cultivated surroundings. The path becomes smoother, and signs of civilization begin to emerge, with glimpses of quaint cottages and neatly tended gardens dotting the landscape.
