A friendly town near the sea where the Professor's Laboratory is located. Anadl Port lies to the East through Route 1 and Glanalaw City lies to the West past Route 2. The Mwyn Peninsula lies to the South past Route 5.
Llanwgair is a small market town on the south coast of Hafod. There is a Pokémon Center, a Pokémart, a clock tower and a train station.
At her lab, Professor Daphne gives the player and Dylan their mission: to fill the Hafodian Pokédex. Inspired by Professor Birch of the Hoenn Region, she is studying how a Pokémon’s environment affects its appearance, abilities, and evolution and needs their help to gather data.
She encourages them to challenge Hafod’s gyms and collect stamps from across the region. Before the pair leave, she assures them she’ll catch up later— once she finds better footwear—and asks them to simply call her Daphne from now on.
